Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Nightingale at Arkadelphia. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
