Commercial Security Sales Consultant

Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a security, life safety, and automation contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the Southeast. Solutions include intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, fire monitoring, home automation, and AV. We are adding a commercial sales consultant to drive new business in the Alabama market.
The role
- Hunt for new commercial opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
- Conduct on-site security assessments and recommend tailored solutions
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, property managers, and GCs
- Design and present professional proposals to decision-makers
- Stay active in local chambers and networking groups
What we need
- 2+ years of outside sales experience; commercial electronic security preferred
- Familiarity with the Pensacola/Panhandle business landscape
- Hunter mentality — comfortable with cold calls and door-knocking
- Ability to learn and explain security hardware and cloud-based platforms
Compensation & benefits
- OTE $125K–$150K+
