Voces Unidas in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Policy and Advocacy Director to lead their policy, research, and advocacy strategy for Latinas and Latinos in Colorado's western slope. The role involves managing complex initiatives, developing policy strategies, and overseeing advocacy campaigns. Ideal candidates will have 5-7+ years of experience in public policy or advocacy, strong relationship management skills, and preferably be bilingual in Spanish/English.
