Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient-centered care, ensuring compliance with the highest healthcare standards and protocols. The position requires a focus on maintaining a safe and effective environment for patient care, with a responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate patient needs and care plans.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Integrity and Audit Services Form completion.
Background check and education verification.
