Description: CVICU experience preferred. No locals within 100 miles. Position / Specialty: CTVICU Ratios: 1:2 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: As needed Certs REQ: ACLS & BLS Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, May be floated to other ICUs, PCU floors, ED to care for admitted patients, PACU to care for admitted patients. Open to accommodating block schedule? Not guaranteed Locals accepted: What is the local radius rule? No locals within 100 mile raduis Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 contracted hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment Special Requirements: Post-Op Open Hearts, Bedside tach/peg, Beside surgical procedures, CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella, SWANNs, ART lines, CVCs, Chest tubes, Foley inserttion, NG Tubes Patient Diagnoses: CABG, Aortic Aneurysm repair/dissection repair, Fem Pop Bypass, Pulmonary Embolism, Cardiac Arrest, Endovascular repair, Heart failure, MODS, Sepsis Equipment: CRRT, Hemosphere, Bladerscanner, Cortrak, Ultrasound, Phillips monitors, Impella, IABP, ECMO, ZOLL, Dopplers, Glidescope, Pupilometer, Blanketrol, Arctic Sun, Belmont, BairHugger
