Overview Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Tele, travel assignment in the Cleveland, OH area. Start date: 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: 1,931.00 to 2,021.00 USD per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients in the float pool, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications, establish IV access, manage lines and drains, and implement care plans per physician orders and evidence-based protocols
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, respond quickly to changes in clinical status, and escalate concerns to the care team as indicated
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient/family education
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record, ensure patient safety, and comply with infection control and safety standards
• Complete shift handoffs and contribute to unit efficiency and readiness during night rotations

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred: one year of Med/Surg/Tele experience
• Ability to work night shifts in a hospital/clinical environment and to float across Med/Surg/Tele units as needed
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize care, communicate effectively, and adhere to regulatory and professional standards
