Daycare Teacher

We are hiring Lead Infant and Toddler Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our early childhood education team. Positions: Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher ($15–$18/hour) Assistant Teacher ($14–$15/hour) Role Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor co‑teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback. Responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Serve as a role model and use a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s progress through mobile apps and personal discussions. Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Qualifications: 1+ year of professional teaching experience preferred. High school diploma or GED; CDA, associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must meet state‑specific guidelines for the role. Compensation: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour. Benefits: Paid time off and holidays. Health insurance.
