- The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key player in the concept and creation of visually compelling marketing that supports critical brand projects reinventing the customer experience.
- Key responsibilities include inspiration gathering, conceptual design ideation, digital and physical presentation-building and assisting in design production.
- They will collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to bring the vision to life.
- Conceptual design ideation, focusing on creating multiple design options/solutions
- Inspiration gathering/mood board creation to help influence marketing approach
- Designing marketing for alt distribuiton, in-store retail experience and reactionary business requests
- Digital and physical presentation building in preparation for key leadership reviews
- Assisting in design production tasks and art release to ensure seamless marketing execution
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools
- Experience with AI tools to assist in building content
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
- Demonstrated ability to present multiple solutions, each with their own purpose
- Experience in retail marketing/trends a plus
- Environmental design experience a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
