RN Clinical DirectorThe RN Clinical Director is responsible for setting strategies and the future direction of nursing services in partnership with the physician medical director at ThedaCare. Is responsible for nursing care delivered including financial management and oversight, clinical quality, engagement, nursing research, workforce management, and professional practice. Provides leadership and creates a culture that supports the delivery of patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an inter-professional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. Is accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. The hospital also has the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and Press Ganey Commitment to Excellence Award.ThedaCare Medical Center–Waupaca is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Waupaca, Wisconsin, serving residents throughout Waupaca County and the surrounding communities. The hospital combines personalized, community-based care with access to advanced specialists and services across the regional network.
