Where You Will Work:

The Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) offers a dynamic, flexible practice environment for nurses who enjoy variety, autonomy, and continuous learning. CRU nurses provide care across multiple inpatient departments, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while adapting to diverse patient populations and care settings.

As a member of CRU, nurses gain exposure to cardiac, step-down, medical, surgical, and acute rehabilitation patient populations, strengthening their clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence. This model supports nurses in expanding their competencies while maintaining high standards of patient care in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

CRU is part of Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, thrombectomy-capable stroke center, and Magnet-designated hospital, providing nurses the opportunity to care for complex, high-acuity patients within a culture of excellence. The department values a supportive, team-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and professionalism. What Youll Do:
