Job Description WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of loss prevention or security experience required Supervisory experience preferred Education High School diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree or greater in relevant field or equivalent years of related work experience preferred Skills & Abilities Ability to consistently apply sound judgment, and operate professionally, effectively and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team Ability to establish rapport and maintain harmonious working relationships Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create thorough documentation and interface effectively with individuals at various levels Excellent organization and time management skills as well as an ability to pay strict attention to detail Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and concepts Strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills Ability to hire, train and manage several hourly direct reports that work varying shifts 24 hours/day and 365 days per year Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform duties Attendance Regular attendance required Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary On call 24 hours a day Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
