We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the commercial sector. About the Role The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and bidding on commercial projects, including multifamily properties, apartment complexes, and other commercial buildings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, relationship building, and contract acquisition for exterior siding and window replacement projects. Responsibilities Identify and target commercial opportunities in multifamily, apartment, and commercial sectors. Research and bid on commercial siding and window replacement projects. Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and general contractors. Execute a strategy to grow GVD Renovations & Remodeling’ commercial portfolio. Collaborate with estimating and production teams to submit competitive and accurate bids. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and local commercial project opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or estimating within the construction or exterior renovation industry. Strong understanding of commercial bidding processes and contract negotiation. Experience in siding and window replacements is highly preferred. Utilize Procore or similar construction management software to manage bids, projects, and communications. Ability to network and build relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
