As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in executing and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Your technical expertise will be key in identifying and resolving project-related issues while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing reports, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Join us in making a meaningful impact and driving the success of our innovative engineering projects.ResponsibilitiesManages and provides technical engineering support on small-scale/moderately complex capital improvement and maintenance/repair projects from conception through completion, as assignedEnsures projects are completed on time and within budget to meet or exceed company expectationsProvides design and engineering support to East Penn construction and maintenance personnelPrepares drawings and/or supervises the development of drawings to support all projectsReviews design documentation for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specificationsSpecifies and orders materials related to facility and process system expansion or renovationCollaborates with outside contractors or vendors to implement and complete projectsFacilitates project meetings and coordinates activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design problemsEnsures compliance to project specifications, the company’s safety program expectations, and all applicable regulatory codesQualifications0-3 years of experience in an engineering disciplinePrior project engineering or management experience, preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge of Project Engineering practices and tools to support projectsMicrosoft Office (Using standard functions in Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Outlook)AutoCAD drawing/interpretation capabilities including ACAD related softwareMicrosoft Project familiarity preferredB.S.
