USA USD300K + annual bonus, equity profit share, commission on revenue generation, and benefits Are you an expert in commercial disputes and litigation support, looking for an entrepreneurial firm that strips away the red tape of large accounting firms? Somewhere that will enable you to grow your book of business without conflicts, and will then fairly compensate you for the revenue you’ve generated? Sitting outside the usual CPA/Consulting firm structure, our client is a one-of-a-kind advisory business, built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. They are owner/partner-managed and are NOT looking to take private equity investment. Given the tremendous growth of their forensic and valuations business over the last 12 months, they’re looking for someone to help build and grow their specialist disputes team. You’ll be given total freedom to build this business unit in the best way possible. Without the usual politics, rulebooks and limitations of a CPA firm setup, you’ll help create a unique offering for your clients. The firm places huge importance on rewarding rainmakers, so beyond salary and firm bonus, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue generated.
