Mowing Foreman

Summary:

Halter Landscaping Inc. is seeking a hard working and experienced Mowing Foreman to lead a lawn mowing crew. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the mowing or landscaping field and strong leadership and organizational skills. In this role, you will lead, supervise, and train a team while ensuring high-quality lawn care services at residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include following mowing routes, operating equipment, and enforcing safety protocols.

Reports to:

Operations Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead train, and supervise a mowing crew at various job sites
• Provide excellent customer service while on the job site and while dealing with customer questions or concerns
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper equipment usage
• Accountability holding yourself and your crew accountable for their production

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to drive truck and trailer
• Excellent knowledge of mowing, grounds keeping, equipment, and guidelines
• Ability to use professional weed whackers, standing and riding zero turn mowers
• Problem solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Organizational and Leadership skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
