Location: Houston, TX 77063 (San Felipe/Voss) Pay: $52,000 - $55,000 **Must have Yardi experience, No exceptions** Weekly Assignments Email inbox is checked for daily requests and inquiries Check voids and reissues Setup Tenants as vendors to cut checks Payment status Invoice entries into accounting system requested through Controller Properties Internet Portals Email Payment status sent to vendors Package Express Office Depot (when requested through email) Emailing invoices to property administrator Retrieved from internet portal Completed every Wednesday at the end of the workday Checks are signed Thursday morning Check distributed on by Mail, FedEx, Carrier Monthly Assignments Utility invoices are retrieved and are entered into the accounting system Month-End-Close Reconcile for funds allocations Annual Assignment Year End 1099 Process Order supplies as needed BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
