As A Systems Administrator You Will: Manage and administer company wide systems, including servers, desktops, applications, printers, networks, VOIP phone systems, and all other information technology-related equipment Perform systems security administration functions, including creating and auditing profiles and accounts Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. Write or modify basic scripts to resolve performance problems and automate systems administration tasks Windows Administration: Develop and manage strategies for servers and workstations, including establishing practices for provisioning, configuration, maintenance (including patching), securing, and troubleshooting O365 Administration: Manage and strategize for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Manager Ensure the security of our IT systems, deploy web application software updates, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and aid in isolating faults with custom software Provide support for the IT help desk team. Maintain system documentation and logs Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned What we're looking for in you: Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role. Administration proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and management.
