Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance or business development is beneficial but not required. Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
