Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

✅ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

✅ Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic systems

✅ Inspect equipment and identify potential failures before they impact production

✅ Repair, replace, and align mechanical components to ensure optimal performance

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

✅ Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability

✅ Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, paper mill, or production environment

✔ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

✔ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment

✔ Ability to use precision measurement tools and maintenance equipment

✔ Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

✔ Preventive maintenance experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.29 - $32.39/hr.
