Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency delivering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services across Arizona. Job Summary The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team that provides administrative and clerical support to direct‑care staff. The primary focus is completing clerical and administrative duties that enable the direct‑care team to deliver high‑quality patient care. The HUC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all facility visitors and callers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of six (6) months as a Health Unit Coordinator in a hospital, EMT, or CNA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current Arizona driver’s license. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification (valid in Arizona) preferred but not required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (valid in Arizona) preferred but not required.
