Schedule: 12:00pm-8:30pm - Sunday thru Thursday (Friday and Saturday OFF) What You’ll Do This is NOT a passive customer service role. This is consultative, relationship-driven inside sales in a high-volume call environment. You will: Take inbound & outbound calls from individuals seeking treatment Build trust quickly in emotionally sensitive conversations Guide prospective clients toward next steps in the admissions process Maintain accurate records in Salesforce & EMR systems Work closely with Admissions to convert leads into successful enrollments Hit performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism Every conversation counts. **IN PERSON - this is Not a Remote role** Top performers from: Call centers Retail sales Hospitality Customer-facing roles You are: Goal-driven and competitive Comfortable working toward metrics and performance expectations Confident redirecting conversations Naturally persuasive but empathetic Motivated by both impact and advancement Experience in behavioral health is helpful — but not required. **IN PERSON - this is Not a Remote role** High performers move into our Admissions Coordinator (Inside Sales) role.
