Production Supervisor

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations at our manufacturing facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily production activities, driving safety and quality initiatives, supporting employee development, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the shift. What You'll Do Lead and support production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Monitor production performance and help achieve operational goals Coach, develop, and engage employees to drive team success Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient plant operations What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and KPI management is a plus Ability to work independently and effectively on an overnight shift Why Join Agri-Mark?
