Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, aligned with a physician’s plan of care and under structured supervision. You will assess patient needs, perform treatments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure continuity of care and compliant documentation.
