Join our dedicated team at Gainesville Health & Rehab Center Gainesville VA as a Restorative CNA and be a vital part of the healing journey for those in our care. What You’ll Do Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans. Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition. Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence. Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require. Perform CNA duties as assigned. Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
