Job Description Summary The Box Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons attending ticketed events at Lisner Auditorium and other venues on GW’s campus. Responsibilities include selling tickets using the Ticketmaster platform (TM1 Sales), assist patrons who have issues with their tickets, answer questions and provide information in person and via phone and email regarding ticket prices, seating, parking, and other general information, assisting with ticket scanning and troubleshooting as patrons enter the venue, and maintaining a positive, professional manner with patrons and other staff. Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED plus at least 2 years of relevant professional experienceII. POSITION INFORMATION
Campus Location Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C. College/School/Department Division of Safety and Operation Hours Per Week Up to 10/week Hiring Range $22.00-$25.00 Work Schedule Evenings and weekends as needed Employee Onsite Status On-campus (in person) Required Background Check Criminal History Screening, Education/Degree/Certifications Verification, Social Security Number Trace, and Sex Offender Registry Search Job Open Date 05/08/2026 Open Until Filled No Background Screening Successful Completion of a Background Screening will be required as a condition of hire.
