EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of lightweight composite products for the aerospace industry, is searching for a dedicated Warehouse and Receiving Associate to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia. Job Title: Warehouse and Receiving Associate Department: Receiving Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Position In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our production lines running smoothly by: Unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials from both suppliers and internal production Maintaining accurate and organized receiving paperwork to ensure proper record-keeping Reporting any damages or shortages to designated personnel Preparing and organizing received materials for inventory purposes Effectively storing received items in designated warehouse locations Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to update inventory, create labels for new materials, and manage transfers Using portable data collection devices (PPCs) and barcode scanners to track, receive, and move materials accurately Assisting with picking and staging materials for production Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access databases Performing regular inventory cycle counts (weekly and monthly) to maintain accurate stock levels Assisting with overall warehouse inventory control and record maintenance Operating dollies, forklifts, and other material‑handling equipment to move shipments throughout the warehouse Keeping the receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Performing other duties as assigned To be successful in this role, you will need: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds A high school diploma or GED The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment A strong team‑player attitude Excellent communication skills Familiarity with PPCs (portable data collectors) and barcode scanners for inventory and material tracking Willingness to be trained on operating warehouse machinery (a plus) Why Work for EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation?
