The shift hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the ER. Candidates should possess an active New York RN license. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement. This role includes responsibilities involving IV therapy, emergency care, and cardiac monitoring. Nurses will be managing patients with various emergency diagnoses. There is a requirement for every other holiday and weekend availability. There is a floating requirement within the skillset. The department features advanced technology and facilities for patient care. The patient ratio for this role is 1:5. Nurses will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive care. Special equipment includes Bair hugger and rapid infuser. Isolation precautions and triage experience are essential. Candidates should possess critical thinking and emergency response skills. This position supports the management of both adult and geriatric patients.
