Organization Diagnostic Radiology Team 11 Job Summary This Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging services in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered. Position Highlights PRN minimum shift requirement (one) 1 shift per week. Variable night/day/weekend shifts, as needed. Industry competitive rates. Shift differentials are available. Located on main campus and working with an adult patient population. Key Responsibilities Review radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost‑effective imaging. Apply a broad range of skills to ensure exams are completed timely and meet quality and compliance standards. Provide appropriate screening processes to patients, staff and self in accordance with prescribed safety standards. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff. Additional duties may be assigned. Technical Capabilities Diagnostic Equipment (Novice): Demonstrate fundamental proficiency in diagnostic tools. Compliance (Novice): Explain and apply basic statutory instructions, escalating regulatory issues in a timely manner. Patient Documentation (Novice): Demonstrate patient documentation proficiency while working under direction. Position Qualifications Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Licensure. Work Experience: Relevant work experience (Less than 1 year). Education: Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program (Required).
