About the Role:

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel or hospitality establishment. The Assistant General Manager contributes to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial performance, including managing food costs and yield management to maximize profitability. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management roles.
• Proven experience in managing food costs and yield management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in pre-opening hotel operations.
