Leading the global strategy and execution of sales enablement programs, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will enhance go-to-market productivity across sales and customer success teams, focusing on building scalable readiness systems and leveraging technology to drive measurable impact. Key responsibilities Design and operationalize a global go-to-market readiness system to support revenue growth and execution excellence Own the strategy and adoption of the sales enablement technology stack, ensuring integration and measurable ROI Develop and implement sales skills and manager development programs to enhance coaching and performance management across teams Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related fields with a track record of influencing senior leadership Proven ability to build scalable global readiness systems and drive adoption through matrixed regional teams Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market motions, particularly in complex solution-selling environments Experience managing a sales enablement technology stack with a focus on integration and ROI Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change and utilize data for decision-making and storytelling
