About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Executive Search and Business Development to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary strategic partner to clients, managing a full book of concurrent searches with a high level of organization and attention to detail. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in recruiting and business development, particularly within the social impact sector. The Vice President will be responsible for leading day-to-day client interactions, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining a set level of revenue generation. They should be adept at cultivating leads, converting new business, and expanding client relationships. A clear commitment to inclusive search, and the ability to build trust and strong relationships with both clients and candidates, is essential.
