Data Reporting Analyst

To support business performance and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Data Reporting Analyst will leverage Vendor Management Systems and advanced analytics to develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders on customized reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Developing, publishing, and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive reporting Analyzing program performance and workforce data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations Partnering with Program Management and business stakeholders to deliver customized reporting solutions Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, finance, operations, IT, or workforce solutions Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and data analysis Experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting actionable business insights Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Microsoft Access preferred
