About the Position

A well-established, value-based Internal Medicine organization is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient practice in West Orlando, Florida . With seven locations throughout Orange and Volusia Counties, this respected medical group is recognized for its collaborative team culture, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding provider retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships while practicing in a supportive, quality-focused environment.

Position Highlights

• See a manageable patient panel of 8-12 patients per day
• Focus primarily on annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adults ages 65+
• Occasional same-day or sick visits for established patients
• Monday through Friday schedule with daytime clinic hours
• Outpatient-only practice with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage populations, including Humana, CarePlus, and Aetna members
• Strong clinical support and collaborative care team

Qualifications:

• NCCPA Certification
• Active Florida Physician Assistant license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• New graduates and experienced PAs are encouraged to apply
• Must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, approximately 30 minutes of the West Orlando clinic
