Medical Value and Health Information Technology (MVHIT) Manager – Health IT Liaison – East US At Amgen , we harness science to create life‑changing medicines. In this role you will lead efforts to integrate electronic health records with our therapeutic data, driving patient access and coverage for our portfolio across the United States. What You Will Do

• Secure coverage and support patient access for our brands.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather EHR customer insights and assess opportunities.
• Develop and deliver scalable EHR‑enabled tools, resources, and education for IDN and health system partners.
• Create and maintain key account plans, and consult MSLs, KAMs, and sales on EHR programs and messaging.
• Deliver education on EHR reporting and clinical decision support tools, and conduct regular meetings with customers.
• Contribute insights on care management evolution and participate in cross‑functional workstreams.
• Support business initiatives and provide feedback on targeting strategies, KPIs, and POAs.

Travel may be required up to 50% of the time. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree, OR Master’s degree and 3 years of Medical Capabilities experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Medical Capabilities experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or hospital system. Understanding of EHR systems within IDNs. Knowledge of healthcare market and legislative trends affecting health systems, pharma and payers. Experience applying health information technology in inpatient and ambulatory settings. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills. Customer‑facing experience with a strong service mindset. Good understanding of IDNs and key partners. Hands‑on experience with EHR products (Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Cerner). Experience with EHR reporting tools.
