Now, we're growing - and looking for an Assistant General Manager who's excited to step into a leadership role in one of Michigan's fastest-moving industries.

What You'll Do

As the Assistant General Manager , you'll be the right hand to our General Manager - helping run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail cannabis store. From managing team performance to making sure our customers leave smiling, your leadership will help us continue setting the standard for retail cannabis in Michigan.

You'll:

• Lead and motivate an awesome team of budtenders and support staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team does too.
• Help track and optimize store performance through daily sales metrics.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and compliance processes.
• Be a go-to person for scheduling, training, and team development.
• Bring fresh energy and clear direction to a high-functioning retail environment.
• Keep things running smoothly with support from our Inventory, HR, and Compliance teams.

What We're Looking For

You're a natural leader , team player, and problem-solver. You're organized, confident, and thrive in a busy retail environment. You know how to keep things fun, professional, and on track.

You've Got:

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience (bonus points for cannabis retail).
• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems , Google Suite , and (ideally) METRC , FlowHub , or Dutchie .
• A passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn more about the plant and the industry.

Requirements:

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/evenings.

Shifts & Schedule

• Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
• Day, evening, and weekend availability required
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
