About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the CFO, leading the FP&A function and supporting executive and board-level reporting. This role is pivotal in owning the annual budgeting process, developing long-range and strategic planning capabilities, and leading the AOP process with a focus on financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive presentation. The Head of FP&A will also be responsible for maintaining rolling forecasts, developing KPI frameworks, and leading monthly business reviews. A strong background in financial analysis, including price/volume/mix and pricing analysis, is essential, as is the ability to partner cross-functionally to evaluate the financial impact of key initiatives. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for those with experience in a larger manufacturing organization. A driven, growth-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems are required. Experience with budgeting and forecasting, particularly in a private equity-backed company, and exposure to M&A evaluations and deal processes are also preferred. The role demands a candidate with strong financial modeling capabilities and the ability to drive process improvements, including automation and enhanced forecasting tools.
