Registered Nurse - Job Overview Current Texas Registered Nurse License required. No visa sponsorship available. Responsibilities Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $34 to $41 per hour, dependent on experience, tenure, and hours worked. The bottom range applies to 30 hours per week; the top range applies to highly skilled clinicians exceeding 30 hours per week.
