The Distribution Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the supply chain. This position is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer demands and maintain inventory accuracy. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse teams, logistics coordinators, and inventory managers to streamline operations and support timely deliveries. The Distribution Associate contributes to maintaining a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery with valid certification.
• Experience using warehouse management software (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents and product damage.

The Distribution Associate utilizes organizational skills daily to manage inventory accurately and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
