WA 06A Electrical Trainee Card will be provided if not already held. Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini‑splits, air handlers) Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate professionally with customers Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, documenting work in ServiceTitan or similar field management software Provide honest, transparent recommendations to homeowners and present repair and replacement options Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium customer experience on every call Manage your truck stock, tools, and parts inventory Follow all safety protocols and local code requirements Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs Support installation projects as needed Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $70,000 – $120,000+ per year (base + commission) If interested, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
