Critical Care Registered Nurse – GIG Program Join a flexible GIG Nursing Program as a Critical Care RN, providing care in ICU and Critical Care Units. Responsibilities include self-scheduling shifts, maintaining flexibility for short-notice staffing, and accepting potential shift cancellations. Key Incentives Include $40/hour base rate Variable shift incentives Work as a W-2 employee Minimum one shift every 90 days Flexible options for 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts Choose day or night shifts based on preference Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Current RN license in applicable state(s) At least two years of recent ICU/Critical Care bedside experience Certifications in BLS and ACLS Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various movements during patient care.
