Due to the growth of our company and the need to better serve our customers we are looking for you! Responsibilities What does a Part Time Receptionist Do? Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work. Part Time Receptionists work evenings and Saturdays revolving with another Part Time Receptionist. Schedules are published a month in advance. Monday - Thursday shift 2:30pm - 8:00pm Friday shift 2:30pm - 6:00pm Saturday shift 8:30am - 5:00pm. Flexible 20-25 hour work weeks. Qualifications Must be a "team player" Must be reliable Exceptional ability to learn and grow Amazing work ethic Detail oriented Ability to learn from veteran staff Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems Ability to bend, move, walk up stairs, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenvoorde-For
