Compensation Details

• Starting pay for our CDL A Delivery Drivers is $33.80/hour .
• After one year, the rate increases to $37.80/hour with annual raises.
• First-year drivers can expect an average annual income of $96,700 , which rises to $108,000 after 12 months (including overtime).
• Enjoy weekly pay!

Work Schedule

• Dispatch times are between 3 AM and 5 AM .
• Work a 5-day week with 2 consecutive days off .
• Return home daily!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers on schedule.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
• Handle customer payments and collections as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old .
• Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience is required, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sector.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be necessary in certain locations.
• Must be proficient in reading and communicating in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries.

Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $33.80 to $37.80 per hour, with additional overtime compensation.
