What You'll Do as a Clinical Fellow:
You'll take on a meaningful caseload, working primarily with school-aged children. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs
- Facilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation reports
- Engage closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student goals
- Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities
- Provide documentation, including SOAP notes, in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours
- Progress through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward full licensure

What We're Looking For:
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship through ASHA
- Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our team will help with this!)
- A passion for working with children in school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and a collaborative spirit
