To build and lead the AI Data Platform team, the full-time Engineering Manager, Data will manage a team of data engineers, own the technical direction of the platform, and ensure compliance with data quality standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Build and lead a team of data engineers, establishing processes and engineering culture Take full technical and operational ownership of the AI Data Platform, ensuring reliability and security Define and execute the technical roadmap, prioritizing work in alignment with business objectives Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, including 2 years in an engineering management role Strong technical foundation in data engineering, with proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with cloud-native data platforms and modern data infrastructure Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into engineering priorities BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience
