Join our dynamic 20-bed telemetry unit, where you will be responsible for managing drips and providing exceptional care to high‑acuity cardiac patients, including those from the cath lab and with congestive heart failure (CHF). Requirements Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) California Registered Nurse License Shift Details 3x12‑hour shifts Day shifts: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM Additional Information Floating: Yes, candidates will float to other units within their scope of practice based on census and staffing needs. Weekends: Required to work every other weekend. On Call: No on‑call duties required. Patient Ratios: Up to 4:1 during winter surgical season. Experience We seek candidates with a strong foundational knowledge of arrhythmias and the associated management of symptomatic atrial fibrillation (Afib) and bradycardia. Experience in titrating cardiac medications, managing post‑cardiac catheterization patients, and handling advanced heart failure is essential.
