  • Maintain clear communication among Plants, Sales, Transportation, and other operational teams
  • Document scheduling decisions, order updates, and cross-functional communications
  • Provide accurate and timely information to support order fulfillment
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with appropriate teams to resolve them
  • Promote consistent information flow throughout the production process

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under time constraints
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to anticipate scheduling challenges and respond effectively to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with production scheduling systems; experience with LumberPro or similar ERP/MRP software is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data reporting tools is preferred

Why You’ll Love Working Here
