Position: Outdoor Site Manager in Training

Employment Status: Full-Time (weekends are required).

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely provide excellent service experience for our guests
• Train and develop our Guest Service Attendants, Lead Guest Service Attendants, and Assistant Managers through initial onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain all site operations to ensure seamless execution, high visual standards, and peak functionality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs to minimize operational downtime
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures while overseeing smooth shift operations
• Responsible for overall store safety, team member training, performance management, development, scheduling, and inventory
• Direct total site operations to consistently achieve financial, operational, and guest service benchmarks.
• A salaried position with approximately 47.5+ hours per week

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a car wash, quick-service restaurant, automotive service, or high-volume retail environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing a retail site or similar operational environment.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and guest service.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
