This individual will be accountable for translating client business problems into scoped, deliverable technical solutions and for a personal share of the revenue outcome on the deals they shape. The ideal candidate brings hands-on delivery credibility, comfort carrying individual revenue accountability, and the ability to represent Perficient's technical and business credibility directly in partner conversations.Perficient's Solution Shaping practice. A career family within Service Delivery — alongside Business Consulting, Technical Consulting, and Delivery Leadership — built to bridge pre-sales technical and business strategy with go-to-market execution across Perficient's partner ecosystem, including Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce, and Databricks.Qualifications7–10+ years of professional experience in cloud, data, enterprise architecture, or a closely adjacent technical discipline, with meaningful time in a professional services or consulting environmentHands-on delivery history: personally designed and delivered technical solutions in the capability areas you will represent, not advisory-onlyDemonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and PoC delivery independentlyExperience building solution estimates, staffing plans, and project assumptions delivery teams can execute againstComfort carrying individual revenue booking accountability alongside field sellersPartner-aligned pre-sales experience (Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, or equivalent hyperscaler or platform ecosystem) preferredA partner-recognized certification in the relevant ecosystem preferredExperience contributing to practice IP: PoC assets, accelerators, or reference patterns preferredIndustry vertical exposure in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, or Automotive & Manufacturing preferredProficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and support pre-sales workflowsQualified applicants will reside near one of Perficient's officesDemonstrated flexibility to travel as needed to support partner, client, and business prioritiesA solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $144,000 to $188,000.
