The Bastida Dental Group, a well-established general dental practice in Elmhurst, Queens, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist for part-time and full-time opportunities. This role focuses on providing high-quality dental hygiene care, building patient relationships, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Dental hygienist

Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings

Take digital intra-oral x-rays with precision and care

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality

Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols

Manage appointment times efficiently, allotting one hour per patient and one paid hour for lunch

full-time $60 - $65 per hour

Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Thursday: 1 PM – 6 PM

Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM

Sunday: 9 AM – 3 PM

Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in New York State

Fluency or competency in Spanish to effectively communicate with patients

Proficiency in taking digital intra-oral x-rays

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care and maintaining a professional environment

Experience working in a general dental practice setting

Knowledge of patient management software or electronic health records (EHR)
