Location US - MA - Newton - 303 Walnut St - Newtonville (MA6106) Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per Week 40 Pay Range $25.00 - $26.77 per hour (base salary only, no incentive eligibility) Benefits Eligible for benefits, including paid time off and employee support programs. Responsibilities Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients. Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Collaboration skills to get tasks done, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Effective and confident communication with all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Confidence in educating clients on simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs. Ability to follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management. Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client. Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any nearby financial center location. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).
